We are seeking a highly motivated Spray Foam Installer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a spray crew through installing daily work orders by following manufacturer specifications within safety guidelines.

Duties and Responsibilities::
- Review and follow a daily work schedule.
- Ensure truck is loaded with all necessary products to complete daily work orders.
- Complete vehicle inspections and job site safety inspections.
- Install open and closed cell spray foam within residential or commercial structures.
- Operate and maintain spray foam equipment.
- Keep up with schedules and finish each job efficiently.
- Be respectful and clean on job sites.
Qualifications:
- Must have a valid Driver’s License.
- Minimum of 1 year spraying open and closed cell insulation.
- Must be able to efficiently multi-task.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs.
- To be able to climb, stoop, kneel, crawl, climb ladders as needed.
