We are the industry leader in providing the latest in insulation services as well as the industry experts in assisting homeowners and builders in improving energy efficiency and net zero energy within a home.
We are seeking a highly motivated Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be focused on promoting to developers, contractors and homeowners, in order to generate sales success and business development.

Duties and Responsibilities::
- Cultivating and managing customer relationships.
- Making cold calls to prospective customers.
- Maintaining sales leads and scheduling appointments.
- Review construction documents and understand scope of work to bid.
- Prepare bids and cost analysis with in-house system.
- Recognize project constraints and/or needed upgrades.
- Execute take-offs / field measure, inclusive of all insulation documentation for each bid.
- Collect competitive data and remain up to date on industry trends.
Qualifications:
- Previous Sales Experience (minimum 4 years) within the insulation / construction industry.
- Ability to read Blueprints.
- Familiarity with Bluebeam, Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Strong communications and interpersonal skills.
- Must be able to efficiently multi-task.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects.
- Professional, ethical and a team player willing to grow with the company.
- Valid driver’s license.
